Agenda * Reading the notice convening the meeting * Reading and acceptance of the minutes of the previous AGM * Consideration and adoption of the annual report * Presentation of the Financial Statement, consideration and adoption thereof * Election of office bearers and management committee NB Department of Fair Trading have recently altered the rules regarding financial reporting. The Societies annual revenue is within the lower level and therefore we are not required to have the books audited.
